Frijol trepador francés (Phaseolus vulgaris) Un excelente frijol para comer fresco que data de principios del siglo XIX. Extremadamente delicioso cuando se lo cosecha joven y tierno. Las plantas son como enredaderas, parecidas a pequeños brotes de lilas con flores que los acompañan. Dulces y sabrosas recién salidas de la planta.
