Descripción

La Sanguisorba minor, también conocida como pimpinela, pimpinela de jardín, pimpinela pequeña, pimpinela, pimpinela de Toper y pimpinela de sangre, es una planta herbácea perenne comestible de la familia de las rosáceas. Tiene hojas dentadas y parecidas a helechos; los inusuales racimos de flores esféricos y de color carmesí se elevan muy por encima de las hojas en tallos delgados.
