Good to know

Exceptional temperature tolerance—handles intense midsummer heat without bolting and survives heavy autumn frosts
Highly productive "cut-and-come-again" green that provides continuous leaf harvests over a long season
Rich in vitamins A, C, K, calcium, and dietary fiber with a smooth, non-bitter profile

Plants grow broad and bulky, requiring 18 to 24 inches of spacing between plants at full maturity
Outer leaves benefit from protective row covers in spring to shield tender foliage from flea beetles and cabbage worms
