Parsley, plain

Plain parsley is a flat-leaf herb with a strong flavor that's often used in European cooking. It's also known as Italian parsley. 

• You can sow seeds indoors 6–10 weeks before the last frost date
• You can also sow seeds outdoors after the last frost
• Seeds need light and some warmth to germinate
• Keep the soil moist but avoid crusting
• Thin seedlings to 6–10 cm apart
• Keep the parsley well weeded
