Armenian Cucumber (Cucumis melo var. flexuosus), also known as Snake Melon, is a fascinating heirloom variety that produces long, slender, light-green fruits with crisp, tender flesh. Botanically a melon but harvested and prepared like a cucumber, it delivers a mild, refreshing, sweet flavor that is completely burpless and never bitter. Highly resilient to summer heat, these vigorous vines yield heavily all season long, producing fruits that remain delicious even when grown up to 18–24 inches long.
