Parsley Plain (Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum), also known as Flat-Leaf or Italian Parsley, is a timeless heirloom herb celebrated for its intense, fresh flavor and high culinary versatility. Producing lush rosettes of deeply lobed, smooth green leaves on sturdy stems, it offers a distinctly robust, slightly peppery herbal taste superior to curly varieties. Rich in vitamins A and C, iron, and antioxidants, it is an essential ingredient for stocks, pestos, marinades, chimichurri, soups, and fresh garnishes. Extremely hardy and easy to grow, it provides continuous harvests throughout spring, summer, and fall.
