Cabbage, Michihli
Michihili is a type of Chinese cabbage that's known for its tender leaves, sweet flavor, and versatility in cooking:
Michihili has a cylindrical head with dense, narrow leaves that are light green on the inside and a deeper green on the outside. The heads can grow up to 17 inches tall and weigh up to 5 lbs.
Michihili has a stronger flavor than other cabbages and a slightly spicy taste.
Michihili can be eaten raw in salads or coleslaw, steamed, stir-fried, braised, or pickled. It's also a common ingredient in kimchi.
Michihili grows best in warmer weather and can be planted in full sun to part shade. It should be planted early in the spring, but will bolt if it gets too warm. Michihili needs moist soil and at least 6 hours of sunshine a day.
