Cabbage, Pr Late Flat Dutch

Late Flat Dutch cabbage is a large, flat-headed cabbage variety that is known for its solid head and excellent flavor: 
Large, flat heads with bluish green leaves and a creamy light green interior. Heads can grow up to 15 lbs (7 kg) and 12 in across. 
Tastes a bit sweeter if harvested when smaller. 
Can be eaten raw, grated into coleslaw, or used in stews, salads, or sautéed. It's also a popular choice for sauerkraut. 
Prefers temperatures of 50–75°F, rich, well-draining soil with a pH of 6.0–7.5, and full sun exposure. It's frost-tolerant and can be planted for an early summer or late fall harvest.
