Beet, Early Wonder

Early Wonder Tall Top beets are well suited to home gardens.
The tall, semi-globe roots grow to a diameter of about 4-5 cm (1 1/2 - 2"). Produces beets with a nice, dark red color. This variety will also store very well. Perfect for salads, soups, and roasting.

Harvest "baby greens" at 35 days, full leaf greens at 45 days, and roots at 50-55 days.
