Returns & Refunds Disclaimer
At Grand Seeds, we provide high-quality seeds to help your garden thrive. However, because we are dealing with living organisms and external variables beyond our control, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Germination and Growth
Success in the garden depends on many factors, including soil temperature, moisture, light, planting depth, and the experience level of the grower.

No Guarantees: We do not offer refunds or replacements for seeds that fail to germinate or plants that exhibit poor growth.

Grower Responsibility: Once the seeds are in your care, the growing process is your responsibility. We cannot verify the conditions under which the seeds were planted or maintained.
2. Shipping Damage & Risk

Standard Shipping (Lettermail): As stated in our Shipping Policy, items sent via standard oversized lettermail are untracked and uninsured. Grand Seeds is not responsible for seeds crushed, lost, or damaged by the postal service under this method. No refunds will be issued for shipping-related issues for this tier.

Parcel Shipping: If you chose a tracked parcel option and your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the packaging and product to initiate a claim.
3. Fulfillment Errors (The "Our Mistake" Clause)
We take pride in our accuracy, but we are human. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement only under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Product: You received a variety different from what was listed on your order confirmation.

Missing Items: An item was left out of your shipment.

Proof Required: To eligible for a refund/replacement, you must provide a photo of the unopened seed packet and your packing slip within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the biological nature of seeds and the risk of contamination or improper storage (exposure to heat/moisture) once they leave our facility, we do not accept physical returns. All sales are final unless a fulfillment error occurred on our part.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been dropped at Canada Post, the sale is final.
