Haseolus coccineus, également connu sous le nom de haricot d'Espagne, haricot d'Espagne ou haricot multiflore, est une plante de la famille des légumineuses, les Fabacées. On l'appelle aussi haricot beurre, mais il peut aussi désigner le haricot de Lima, une espèce différente. Il est cultivé à la fois comme plante alimentaire et comme plante ornementale.
