L'endive est une variété de culture biologique, délicieusement parfumée et tendre, à larges feuilles. Cette variété a de délicieuses feuilles larges, vert foncé et tendres, au goût délicieux et au cœur bien rempli. Cette ancienne variété très utilisée pousse lentement et résiste bien au froid et à l'humidité. Elle ne jaunit pas facilement.

Ce légume délicieux, sain et tendre est très polyvalent et facile à cultiver. Utilisez l'endive dans les salades, les sautés, les ragoûts, les ragoûts et les ragoûts de purée de pommes de terre.
